About:
Miso is a traditional Japanese fermented soybean paste and is typically made in the winter. Made with cooked soybeans, salt and koji (starter culture) this deeply flavorful condiment is considered a healing food. We will gather to prepare miso and share a light lunch of rice balls and miso soup.

Miso takes time to ferment; we will gather again in Jan 2025 to share our finished miso.
