Mental Health Therapist
As a therapist specializing in neurodiversity and gender diversity, I am passionate about helping clients navigate a world that often feels unwelcoming. I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals who identify as neurodivergent or gender diverse by being a member of both communities, and I strive to create a safe and affirming space for exploration and growth. My approach to therapy integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative therapy, and Existential therapy. I often focus with clients on how our actions and behaviors are shaped by past experiences, processing narratives of shame, and striving towards living a more meaningful and authentic life. Presenting issues and topics that I have experience working with include general anxiety, social anxiety, depression, internalized guilt and shame, PTSD, C-PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, chronic pain, ADHD, autism, gender dysphoria, grief and loss, rejection sensitivity, homophobia, transphobia, and ableism.
